We're experiencing some intermittent performance issues using Office 365 web apps like Outlook, OneNote and shared documents. The issue seems more prominent when using the web apps in Office 365 to compose emails, edit calendar appointments or access shared notes. Some users might also experience an error when accessing a shared document E.g. "502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server" error message when trying to access files. A fix to the underlying issue has been successfully deployed and will prevent new cases of the issue if a student has a change to their course module enrolment so that they no longer need to attend, associated calendar events are not being removed from the Office 365 calendar. A clean up operation is under way to resolve any remaining lessons to be deleted and will take around 4 days to complete. In the meantime any student affected by this issue should be advised to refer to their master timetable view via MyEd -> Timetables -> Web Timetables in the meantime. Unplanned
